Bittersweet Addictions pt 2.

Late at night
She becomes full of fright
Things she thought she put behind her
Are on her mind.

She can't get rid of this..
This bittersweet addiction
The desire is eating her alive.
She’s tempted to give in.
To the demons inside her mind...
Like she does every time.

Panic…panic…. panic

Her glass tears hit the floor.
And she can’t breathe.
The desire to create a masterpiece
Is growing…

She gives in
To the devil’s sweetest sin.

The red paint drips down her skin
It’s such a beautiful sight.

Can you see the red ribbon
Wrapped around her wrist
So tightly …
Providing oxygen, because she can’t breathe.

She’s begging the devil
To shed its color
Across her skin
And maybe it’ll be a bloody masterpiece
She’s wondering
“Is it wrong to want this? Someone tell me if it’s a sin..”

I shouldn’t do harm to my own body
